Manufacturer’s insist on an annual service & sweep by a qualified chimney sweep to maintain the warranty on both your stove and the chimney liner/flue. Our stove serving & chimney sweeping is all done in house (we do not use external contractors like many of our rivals) We will contact you 11 months after your installation to arrange a convenient time the following month to carry out this work for you should this be required.
Our sweep is qualified, Insured & registered as a member with the internationally recognised trade association ICS or Institute of Chartered Sweeps.
